Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Clinic is open by appointment. Appointments are currently available Monday through Fridays. If you are new to the clinic, you will need to fill out and bring the initial intake paperwork to your first visit. The paperwork is available here for download, we can email it to you, or you may pick it up at the clinic with prior arrangement.
